Pricing

A simple price, that falls as the team grows.

Terra is billed per user per month, across four tiers by headcount — no feature counter. The bigger the team, the less each user costs. Two modules are taken on top of the plan, set out below with their price.

Options, on top of the plan

Two modules only serve some of our customers: billing everyone for them would mean making the others pay for something they never open. They are added when you need them and dropped when you no longer do.

Free during the demo

Engineering office

Engineering, methods and industrialisation: design files, bills of materials, routing sheets.

+20 €excl. VAT / user / month

Free during the demo

Group consolidation

A consolidated multi-company view, read-only, for organisations running a group.

+20 €excl. VAT / user / month

Both options are open free of charge for the length of your demo: tick them at sign-up to try them. Nothing is charged for an option until you have decided on it with us.

Services, on request

The things you cannot switch on from a form, because they need discussing first. Each is priced on your situation — how much data to bring over, how many people to train, which systems to link: quoting a figure here would mean inventing one. None is needed to get going; you can open a trial today and never discuss them.

Migrating your data

On request

Extraction from your current tools, transformation, loading and cross-checks against your own statements — up to three financial years. Acceptance testing runs on your real data, not on a sample set.

Who it is for: Any company not starting from a blank page. It is the service that most often earns its keep, and the one not to put off: bringing the history over after the switch costs more.

Bringing over your tender archive

On request

Your past bids are brought over and indexed, with the reason each lost job was lost. That archive then feeds every new bid and supplies the genuinely delivered references the technical submission cites.

Who it is for: Companies that bid for contracts and whose fifteen years of files sit on a shared drive, unusable as they are.

Training and change management

On request

Sessions by role — administrators, account managers, field crews — plus a workshop devoted to tendering. On your data, with your cases, not on a generic demo.

Who it is for: Rollouts where the tool replaces settled habits. Software nobody was taught gets worked around, and the spreadsheet comes back.

Interfacing with a third-party system

On request

A link to your accounting, payroll or maintenance management system, so that entries and variable pay elements are not re-keyed from one system to the next.

Who it is for: Companies whose accountant or payroll department mandates a tool that will not move, and which therefore has to be fed.

Customisation

On request

Master data specific to your trade, documents in your house style, bespoke reports. Not to be confused with the AI's writing instructions, which you set yourself from within the app and which are included.

Who it is for: Organisations whose outgoing documents or bills of materials have to follow an imposed format.

Premium support

On request

First response within four hours, an on-call rota and a named contact — instead of the included standard support, by email, on working days.

Who it is for: Operations where an outage is counted in unplanned call-outs, not in administrative inconvenience.

Dedicated or on-premise hosting

On request

An isolated instance, on infrastructure shared with no other customer — or installation on your own servers, inside your walls. The standard offer is already hosted in Europe; this service answers a need for isolation, not for location.

Who it is for: Organisations whose security policy requires a separate instance, operators under a sector obligation, or groups whose IT department wants to keep control of the machine.

The number of sites plays no part in this pricing: it is billed per active user, so a second branch costs only the people working there. Standard hosting, included in every tier, is located in France — the detail is in the legal notice.

Included in every tier

Document storage

2 Goper active user

Quotes, invoices, site photos, support attachments: the included volume follows your headcount, with a floor of 20 GB so that a small team is never cramped. Beyond that, each 10 GB block started costs 10,00 € excl. VAT per month.

Going over never locks your existing data or the rest of Terra: only new uploads stop, until you move to the next block.

Billed on usage

Artificial intelligence is paid for as it is used

Your plan opens the AI features — tender analysis, assisted pricing, writing, dictated reports. It does not include the consumption: each run uses tokens from the model provider, and those tokens are topped up separately.

1. Prepaid credit

You put an amount up front and it draws down as things run. Nothing is billed after the fact: you cannot spend what you have not deposited.

2. Drawn down on actuals

Each run is drawn down at its real cost plus 30%. The detail can be read line by line: you see what each analysis cost.

3. No interruption of service

An empty balance suspends the AI features and nothing else. The rest of Terra — quotes, job sites, invoices, purchasing — carries on as normal.

Top-up amounts

20 €excl. VAT50 €excl. VAT100 €excl. VAT

€5 of free credit when your account is created, enough to try it without putting anything up. After that you top up on demand, or switch on automatic top-up: the amount you chose is taken from your payment method as soon as the balance hits zero. Without that setting nothing is ever taken — the AI features simply go on hold.

As a guide, ordinary use stays under a few tens of euros a month; a campaign analysing large tender packs costs more. That is exactly why this is billed on usage rather than buried in the plan: you do not pay for other people's consumption.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change tier if the team grows?
Yes, the tier follows your active user headcount — with no re-entry and no migration.
Are the options compulsory?
No. Without them you have the whole Terra core; they only open the engineering office and multi-company consolidation. They can be taken up and dropped at any time, on the same rhythm as the plan.
Is there a minimum term?
Terms are set out in the quote, matched to the size of your team.
Is there help getting started?
Yes, every tier includes onboarding support.
What happens if we go over the included storage?
Nothing abrupt: only new uploads stop, until you move to the next block. The documents already there stay readable and downloadable, and the rest of Terra carries on as normal.

A price is judged on what it replaces.

Seven days' trial, no card required, with your own documents and your own schedule. If a question is left over, we answer it in person rather than with one more page.
